About Us
CKHS Services LLC was founded as CK Handyman Services 2016, by Charles and Katherine Marshall, with the ideals and intention of beating out the competition in both quality and pricing. A rapidly growing, local, Veteran Owned handyman business, with over 20 years of experience. We are a member of The Association of Certified Handyman Professionals, the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, and a VesraLift and Garage Gator Certified Installer. Our owner is ACHP certified, and a Life Member of the Handyman Club of America. All of our craftsmen complete 120 hours of annual continuous education to ensure that we meet and exceed the current standards. We also offer ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act) compliant home modifications. We regularly offer holiday specials, and discounts for veterans, 1st Responders, and their families. We have years of experience, and we are willing to put that experience to work for you, and we also work with some of the top trade professionals in the industry, to ensure that every project is complete from start to finish.
We currently do not offer flooring, roofing, foundation work, or landscaping, but if you would like to reach out to us, we can make sure that you get a quality company to help you with your project.

Charles Marshall
Our CEO, Charles, is a retired US Army Veteran, trained Texas Firefighter, Electrician, and General Contractor. Our company was founded on the ideals that he set in place to ensure that our customers get the quality they deserve, at a price they can afford. Charles has over 20+ years of experience in the construction industry, is a member of the Association of Certified Handyman Professionals, a US Dept. of Justice Certified ADA Coordinator, as well as a VesraLift and Garage Gator Certified Installer. Charles makes a point to meet with, or make contact with every client, regardless of the size of the job; and continues to take an active role in daily operations, sometimes even taking on the job himself.
